Course Description
This course is designed for people who need to understand and write HTML code for the web. No prior knowledge of HTML is required, although students are expected to be proficient in the use of normal office software. It is a highly practical course and, upon successful completion of the course the student will be able to:
- Create a multi-page web site
- Lay out pages using a variety of techniques
- Edit existing pages
- Upload web pages to a server
- Create interactive forms
- Use PERL to communicate between web pages and the server
